My next vacation...

I dont think Im a workaholic, but I seem to be working an awful lot. Whatever, just saying. Being self employed is nice when you have vacation, but the rest of the year, it is insane hours.

With that note...my next vacation is in 7 months, 2 weeks and 6 days!!! Hooray! I booked it this weekend. Hooray!

lol. where else? disney world! and that is the best part of being self employed. the rest is working insane hours and working insane hours and working insane hours.

today was my day off. i did a bridal show.

tomorrow is my day off. i ended up with a proofing session.

tuesday is totally gonna be my day off! and im gonna end up doing something...besides farming on farmville. i think i should wear PJs all day and farm to make sure i take a day off. lol.

Disney world is a GREAT place! it USED to be my favorite vacation spot till i went to las vegas! heheh las vegas is the greatest place on earth to me now.

Gotach beat, for the first time in 32 years Terry and I booked two vacations on Jan 3. The first is to New Orlean in April and the Cape over labor day.

Not that I'm counting, but it's 93 days until ours.....St. Lucia.....needing an island retreat this year very badly! We're bad, but I swear we start thinking about a new trip while we're on the plane home from wherever we've gone. I think I have eternal wanderlust.

Of all the places to go on vacation, I'm always amazed by the number of folks who go to Disney World. The number of repeat visitors is more astounding.

We won't even talk about the places where Lisa goes.

7 days until I leave for Tucson, site of the largest gem and mineral show in the world. Rocks, fossils, gemstones, jewelry, meteorites, crystals, and all kinds of other crap.....errr......novelties. There are at least 30 separate shows scattered around the city, over about 3 weeks.

There is a different style of Mexican food than we see in Texas, and who'd think that there would be great sushi in the desert.

That's because it's Real Mexican food. Not Tex-Mex. New Mexican food is different too.

People either love it or hate it. Those how hate it usually show up without knowing anything. It can be overwhelming.

I am personally looking forward to the resort! It has a sand bottom pool, water slides, and a meandering stream running through it. Its SO pretty and quiet. It reminds me of summers in NY, but the people are nicer since I'll be in Florida. lol.
