step 4) read the last couple threads he posted on.

basically, he was explicitly told to stop by papa bear and kept going.

I read the thread and just want to point out something. So the Capt was suspended for pointing out to someone not to break the law, even though a 'mod' told him to stop? If that is the case then that is irony at its finest if you ask me.

Let's punish the sane guy who is trying to keep the groups from looking bad and leave the offender untouched. Sounds like the US Gov now...

I don't like it when people break the law and brag about it and implore anyone to call them out on it. I know that I am guilty of calling people on it and would expect anyone to do the same.

freedom of speech does not apply on a privately owned and run forum. Rules are set by the administrator and you either choose to follow them or not.
