People seek out what they are not receiving at home. And that my dear is why there are a lot of divorces in the world.
Just my humble opinion.
I want to edit this as to not offend anyone, but if you or anyone needs to ask a forum for suggestions then there is a major communication problem with a relationship. I know, I was guilty, and it cost me a 25 year marriage. Hopefully I have learned. But because of that, sometimes I can come across as "harsh" and dont mean to be.

I stand by my original recommendation - do something fun as a couple - get out of town for a night, stay at a nice hotel, or go and do something you wouldn't ordinarily do, but that gets you out of your normal everyday routine. To me, it's not so much about getting or giving actual gifts, but making time to show your significant other that they are, in fact, special. And I think men really do appreciate that as much as women.
