Drunk Robins

Mom found a drunk Robin today and we have caged it till he/she is sober enough to fly. Must be that time of the year so keep an eye out if you are a bird person.

My little friend did not survive the night. I'll do some more research and see if there is a remedy.

Sorry about its demise, but I really don't think there will be a viable remedy for it not surviving the night.

The old article is from my old hometown paper, The Free Lance-Star in Fredericksburg, Va. When I lived there, never noticed any drunk robins.
