Their tuition is astronomical and their credits may not transfer to any other institution or degree plan, so be careful.

The above is par for the art-degree course, though.

Pittsburgh! Isn't that up in Yankee land? As in north east Texas.

Are you asking about that campus specifically or the school in general? Many of the nation's top art directors, graphic designers, chefs, artists and photographers have graduated from Art Institute. I can provide a specific list of names that will surprise you, if you wish. They are crazy expensive, but they offer the best post-graduate placement you will ever find. There are campuses in Dallas and Austin, too.

Geeeeeeeeeeeeeeze, you got some nerve. Longview is on the Upeer East Side of Texas too. Pittsburg has the best peaches and the best winery in Texas!

Pittsburg is still north of Longview

I'll have to go check out their peaches and winery soon.

Graduated from there in 1980. Toured their new location a couple of years ago and was really impressed with their facility and wished I was back. When I went you could only get an associates, now you can get your bachelors. It's not inexpensive, it is a for profit school.

Thanks for the discussion. I didn't know there was a Pittsburg, TX. Shouldn't surprise me though. If I can drive from Paris to Dublin and never leave Texas then nothing surprises me any more.

With art institutes, you need to be wary about accreditation. You could spend a lot of money on a degree, then find out later that you got a non-accredited degree, which holds as much weight as any of the internet degree mills in the eyes of many employers. I don't know about this institution in particular, but you have to be careful.
