Image Resize software for Vista - 02-12-2010, 01:17 PM

A friend of mine, running Vista, has a need to resize a "lot" of images at one time. If he was on XP I would suggest a free MS product that I use, but Alas it wont work with Vista
Idealy he could select a group of images and just click resize and be done.
Suggestions?
TIA

I think this should be able to do it: IrfanView - Official Homepage - one of the most popular viewers worldwide

+1 for Irfanview. I've used it for many years as my default image viewer. It will view virtually any image file format and it is amazingly fast. There are a lot of features that most people ignore. It's got a great renaming feature as well.

I've been using "Faststone Resizer" for a couple of years now, resizes, renames, resamples, even watermarks.

Oh, and it's free!
