WTF man. They don't release enough chemicals down there already? It boggles my mind how companies can continually poison the air with seeming impunity. I hope they get hit hard for this. I'm sure that will only cause gas prices to rise though.

By the way, what exactly is that smell in Pasadena? It stinks something awful, and I'm curious as to what it is, and how is it that nothing is ever done about it.

Seriously tho... the govt SHOULD be ****ting down fire and brimstone on these assholes... but i doubt anythign will happen aside from a small measly fine that the company can absorb. 4$ a gallon anyone?

^ Yeah, I can hear the news reports now- "Due to a blip at the refinery, gas prices rose $1.50/gallon this week..."
I can't wait until the summer when we get to bend over for the "summer blend".

They said this stuff is deadly toxic. I know they're constantly releasing chemicals down there, hence the smell, but this deadly stuff is just beyond wrong. I just hope the wind doesn't shift in the next week or so and blow that crap up north.

Im thankful i dont own a car for the gas issue.

Pretty soon Houston will be like industrial China
