Yes, and I think JJB's comments about her equipment were meant to demonstrate that it was not up to the challenge of shooting a wedding in a low light situation. A pro would know that, but a client might not.

I do agree with you on the fact that this episode makes me happy, I just hope it will stop people from going out and buying there first SLR and then the next day calling them self a professional just because the read the manual or they learned how to turn on there camera, BUT then again there are alot of idiots in this world...

Anyone can file a suit against anyone else, that doesn't mean that they will prevail. Courts take a dim view of what they term frivolous lawsuits.

well then, i hope it means you communicate correctly as well, and know the proper usage of your, you're, you are, and their and there. Professionalism is the entire package..not just the gear. brown acted like an ass, not a judge.

He is a small claims court judge on TV... it's all played up and sensationalized for ratings and syndication...
