Judge Brown displayed heavy bias and that is not his task while he sits upon the bench. No matter what you think about the photographer, the process was a complete travesty of the judicial system played for laughs rather than respect.

Given the situation the photographer was in, the treatment by Judge Brown, and the lack of evidence allowed for the defense of the photographer, I cannot come away agreeing with Judge Brown.

I continue to be disappointed by people who profess to be photographers and who persist upon heaping ridicule upon the defendant in this case. I believe that those who do are belittling themselves.
