Ok, one more. That Bokeh @ F2 is incredible. The red is a Coke can that is *maybe* 6 inches behind the Monster, if that. I'll post a pic showing how close they are...
40D - 1/125 - ISO 640 - F/2
This shows the distance. Just awesome!
On a side note; I am way impressed with this 40D. This pic is shot @ ISO 1600, and is posted with NO sharpening or noise reduction. Not bad at all, especially considering the horrible lighting...

that is a great lens. i sold my whole system with 3 other Rokkor lenses plus that lens for $200 even before digital started. wish now that i could go back in time and get it back.
great to hear that you got positive comments on a piece of glass that is a non Canon .
