You can most likely get it at Arlington Camera.

<sarcasm on>It is just as hard to get chemicals and equipment to process film and prints as it is to buy bread at the grocery store. If you can't buy bread, don't even try to process your own.<sarcasm off>

OK, so they don't sell the stuff you need at Wal-Mart, but there are tons of places to get it and if not local, try B&H.

Don't underestimate the amount of time that it takes to create good prints in a darkroom. Each image is a project to get good results - and it may be very worthwhile, but it's not quick. I personally prefer to spend time creating images than printing them, but I understand the appeal of traditional processes.

Those old folding kodaks can be fun to look at, but many of them need a lot of work to get running again. The bellows will most likely have light leaks, the shutter may be sticking, and it may be 126, 160 or another odd size film. You want to find one that shoots 120 film, if you plan to shoot with it (and not spend a ton on specialty film).

Others have already answered your question about the enlargers, so I don't really have anything new to add - Freestyle and B&H are definitely a good way to go. Maybe just that you can get more lenses for the enlarger and more negative holders on ebay.

That's a large part of why hybrid process has become so popular. Film scanners are not too pricey these days, and even if you want to wet-print the good stuff, digital proofing saves a lot of time and money in the long run.
