He's trying to avoid Ebay's fee structure - which charges based on selling price, not shipping. You'll see that alot, but usually not that dramatic. It's actually a violation of Ebay's rules and if you report it, they'll pull the auction and maybe the seller's whole account. |

I reported his items as well, received a response from eBay that they had dealt with it and I look today and everything is still the same with $251 shipping on a lightweight cart.
