On Craigslist there is someone selling pictures from the concert from the rodeo from JUSTIN BIEBER & SELENA GOMEZ!
$15 a CD, I thought that was not allowed?

I suppose he can sell the photos, as long as he wasn't required to sign a contract before shooting. The pics probably suck and were taken from the last row of the stadium, anyway... I resell some of my concert pics to other newspapers and magazines on occasion. Even sometimes to the artist or tour manager. Never on CL, though. That just seems ghetto.

There used to be a statement on the back of tickets that said it was a contract and using the ticket was your acceptance of that contract... and among the things you could not do was to sell images from the event.

Don't know if this event had that or not.

Ding ding ding. That is the bigger issue and why there are so many restrictions.

I guarantee if the promoters or Justin Beiber's management gets wind of it there will be a Cease and Desist Order and they will probably want all copies of all images.
