Jeeze, that is an every day occurrence in black rock city Nevada., and the women are not trailed by a heard of photographers!

Of course the city exists for only about 8 days in the late summer.

The double standard works both ways, though... Guys can walk around without a shirt on without much hassle, sure. However, a girl can show full frontal nudity in a movie and it is generally accepted. A guy does it and everyone in the theater squirms and/or covers their eyes.

yeah, nudity is such a weird subject here in the states. When I lived in Portland OR it wasn't that big of a deal. Down here in Texas, it's unheard of. Bare breasts over in Europe are not nearly as big an issue as it is here. Go to any museum and look at the great works of art. Bare breasts and naked people everywhere. It's the same as breastfeeding, abortion, and the list goes on and on.... Everyone has their own views and opinions. It's just frustrating when people try and push their belief's and opinions on others. Then that's a whole new topic. When Erika Badu walks down the street naked, is she pushing her views onto you? or is it just your responsibility to turn around? This could become a very interesting thread, I better grab my popcorn. :)

It's an interesting conundrum....

If all the women walked around with no tops on... how long would it be until you guys thought of them in a similar fashion as you do ears.... just another part of the body....

I know when I was nursing my daughters, you'd have thought I was flashing the entire world if I breastfed in public - it was very freaking annoying...the amount of effort to make sure that 'no glimpse' of your breast is available, when your trying to hold onto an infant who is screaming because she's starving... 'hello'?

I think there are some positives to our society's position on 'nudity' and some 'negatives'....

I think this whole topic deserves more intense investigation. If you know of any opportunities to do some hands on research I'd definitely be available.
The whole subject could swing the other way, and we don't need to be left hanging.
