registerting a business name

hi, I would like to know how to go about registering a name for a business. I don't want to start a business at this moment, but like to have the name register for later used and this way nobody can't use this name for their future photography business name

You'll want to fill out a DBA form at a minimum with your county clerk office in laredo. I didnt find any offices in laredo for this via google, but I didnt try very hard to find one.

It is easy to do, at least here in Dallas. As mentioned above, you go down to the county clerk's office and ask where to fill out the DBA form. They will help you from there. In Dallas, it costs ten bucks.
