Question Verizon email problems in DFW? - 04-21-2010, 03:32 PM

Anyone else having issues with Verizon email in the DFW area? A friend of mine in Grapevine cannot send or receive messages nor can he access his mail via the Verizon webmail interface. He couldn't get through to tech support.

Try switching the server port ?

It wasn't working for a couple of hours, and now it's working (sorta) for me, but keeps asking me for a new password.

That's exactly what my friend said about the password. I let him know others were having issues as well, which put him at ease. He thought it was because of a new security program he installed.

There was a MASSIVE mc afee issue today. Brought most major companies some very serious IT trouble today.
