I had a great experience at my local Sam's Club today. It's at Preston & 121 in Plano. My wife bought tires to pass inspection and after coming home and complaining that the new tires made the car feel real bumpy, I took a look at it. Well, there was a good 4" difference between the height of the left and right rear fender heights. The car has a auto suspension system...<hint>
I drove it back to Sam's and on the way confirmed the driver rear shock was at max pressure and every bump was a bounce house jolt. One of the shocks was at max! Really hard on the old sedan!
First the tech, and then his manager and the other tech were all over it in no time! They could not have been more friendly, helpful, and willing to own the problem (and offer to pay, if needed, for a dealer to resolve it). In the end, a simple jacking up and returning it to earth was all it needed to re-stablize the rear end. And the local tech had the insight to give it a go. It worked flawlessly. Good man!
When we get peeved, we rant. We forget all to often, to rave. This was a raving moment! They could not have been more caring, concerned, and willing to help resolve a problem.
Stop ranting. Keep up the rave!
