Reflex-Nikkor 2000mm f/11 Lens
Throw a 2x tele on it and you have a 4000mm f22 beast that could take pics of people almost in the next state!

Jeeze set up in the endzone and shoot the eyeballs of the guy in the opposite endzone! (you would need a defensive tackle to help you haul it around!) Almost 40lbs without tripod!

Wonder what the TSA guy at the airport would have to say!

Doesn't say if it has a custom case or not.

Don't know how much bokeh you would get at f-11 or f-22 (with 2x tele)

I think the 1200-1700mm f/5.6-f/8 is more practical: http://www.mir.com.my/rb/photography...12001700mm.htm

For that price I'll just buy a car and drive it closer to the subject matter.

It's a mirror lens, you will get donuts regardless of the f-stop on all points of light. Just the nature of mirror lenses.
