The guy has a phone number, anyone know if this is real, counterfeit or what? Even educational version costs more.

CS5 and many other programs can be had from all types of warez sites. It is amazing that people will actually try and succeed in some cases to pirate software for their use and then go one step further and sell it.

Na...!!! Just a hot off the press HK Version...you can pick-up off the street in China for about 10 to 20 dollars....US...

That's what actually what I'm thinking. They probably pirated somewhere else, have them packaged up and bulk shipped over here for distribution.

I haven't seen it in person, but from the other listings of the same seller, the packages look very professionally done and probably hard to distinguish from the real thing.

Probably illegal serial number that's been flooding internet sharing sites? It's simple as changing your computer host file pointing the authentication urls to local address with obtained serial number, work for all adobe products. $100 buy u the counterfeit box and an illegal serial number.
