Almost all $20, $50, and $100 dollar bills have traces of various narcotics on them.

Funny story:

When I used to work at Best Buy we had a "lady of the night" pay with almost all $1 for a small tv (probably for the boyfriend too).

It was pretty nasty and no one wanted to touch it.

Actually, I always thought the $1 bills were in the waist of their thong! Butt cracks cost more

BTW the all nude places usually have the girls setting a cup down by the stage! Don't need drunks handling a naked girl. If you want to get real nasty some dudes will lick the bills and splat them on the girls thighs!
