Stolen Trailer: South Austin - 05-20-2010, 09:59 AM

So, I dont know if this is the right place or if it's ok to post it here, but I'm needing your help. Trying to get the word out about this so we can get our equipment back.

I thought this would be a good forum to post on as many of you travel and you're all spread out, so hopefully someone will see this. I dont have much money at the time, but can offer a reward for any information leading to the arrest of the thieves.

In the attached pic is my brother's 10ft trailer. It currently has Miller Bobcat 225 welder on it and a oxy/acet torch setup and the toolbox. This was stolen in the last day or so from my brother's house in Uhland (near Kyle/Buda). It was locked to his truck, but the thief cut the lock and managed to move the heavy tralier (all thick steel w/ plate floor). We've got the serial numbers off the bottles and welder and the sheriff has been called. Please, if you see it anywhere in Austin or surrounding areas, PM me, call the cops with the vehicle's license plate, whatever it takes so we can get this back. I dont have a pic of the welder on the trailer, but look up the Bobcat225 and you'll know what it looks like, it was mounted sideways over the axle and the bottles are between it and the toolbox on the front. The paint is kinda an orangeish color, has L.E.D lights all around, custom jack mount, chrome mod rims. Please and thank you for any information leading to the arrest of the lowlifes who took it.

Your trailer is around your area. The items on it have been removed and probably sold. The trailer is re-registered with a new tag through the state. Sorry for your loss but that is probably what happened. PM me if you need more details.

Keep your eyes open and good luck!
