In the white rock lake area there are some older tin horse barns and while it's not industrial grunge, there are some concrete spillways and such that could work really well for a non-green back ground setting, and later in the day with the tree cast shadows and deep shadows from the ground cuts, you can make some really nice light work for you in a place like that
