Wonder how many could pass the a Voight-Kampff?

Doesn't surprise me one bit. Parents have raised a generation of young people who have an attitude of entitlement, hence the moniker "Generation Me." Too many married couples base their decisions on what their kids think, feel, want, etc. In other words, the kids run the family rather than the parents. I see it all the time.

I teach college students. While I do have one or two a semester who are all about "me", the majority of students are extrememly caring of each other. For example, because there is not enough equipment in my lab for all students to work at the same time, it is necessary for them to "give and take" time in the lab. I could enforce strict time limits, but find its not needed.. the students recognize when they have had their fair share of lab time and usually give up their space to another in need without my interference. Guess I've been lucky ... and encouraged.... by the caliber of character I've witnessed.
