Yeah he was one of my favourite actors- Rebel Without a Cause- G[IANT (both with James Dean), then Easy Rider, Apocalypse Now and his masterpiece in my book BLUE Velvet along with a lot of TV.
So Dennis Hopper is kinda #3 of the TV Icons who left us this week- Art Linklettter, Gary Coleman and now Dennis. (1936-2010). It was nice that he finally Got a star on the Walk of Fame before he died and he could see it. | | | |

I'm gonna have to find the movie and watch it again....
I guess part of growing older is having to see the oldtimers die off..

Interesting thing I heard about the movie, there are several scenes where lens flair occurs and it was done on pupose by the cinemetographer/cameraman.
Also the original Bike and a couple others were stolen right after the shoot had finished and were never recovered so anyone saying that they have the original bike from the movie is lying! | | | |
