Eh... thats nothing. Get the whole damn camera...
There is a guy on Flickr named Elliot Morgan. I have him on my contact list. He used to have pictures of his Nikon tattoo. Its the entire flippin camera on the inside of his right arm, and its in a monochromatic blue. He must have removed them though because I can't find them.

Wow, I like Canon too, but that's definitely not for me. Hard to tell what that red ring signifies without the rest of the lens info on it.
I was getting worried as the page was loading... wondering just exactly what body part received a red ring! Thank goodness it was just a wrist.
