I work in a business that is greatly impacted by hurricanes. (No, not oil) I dread the start of every hurricane season. This one is SUPPOSED to be a bad one, but isn't that what they said about last season? If I had 7-10 thousand dollars just laying around, I'd love to buy one of those natural gas generators to power my whole house. Yeah...getting my gear ready in case I get deployed. Didn't get deployed last year, but did for Hurricane Gustav (Baton Rouge) and Hurricane Ike back in 2008. |
