Man Arrested for Photographing Cop Who Followed Him Into His Home

Also arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION, while in his own home.

From SEALY, TX. Anyone have the local take on this one?

Seems pretty ridiculous. And yes I know there may be another side to the story, but the fact that all charges have already been dropped is telling. And I'd really like to know what law this "illegal photography" falls under, because police in other states are using the wiretapping laws to go after photographers, and AFAIK that doesn't apply in Texas. The TX wiretapping law is "one-party consent", and it also doesn't apply when there's no expectation of privacy.

According to the report he was acquitted by a jury which is different from the charges being dropped.
It would seem that the legal system in this town is a bit , how shall I say it, NUTS !!!
