The new part of the story that broke today is the military is pressing charges on the soldier that leaked the video.
Not sure why that is news though. I've always assumed if you leak classified info from the military, while you are in the military, you would get in trouble.

Is that the video where they mistook a camera lens for an RPG? In that case, why are they charging the soldier who leaked the video instead of the one who killed the civilians?

Oh, I figured they had already, theyve been keeping him locked up all this time.

Funny how when you make the wrong people mad, they strip you of any rights you may think you have.

Three words...
1) IT
2) IS
3) WAR

Innocent people will get killed. That is a fact no matter how we try and minimize casualties. Another fact is the more we try and minimize casualties the more casualties we incur.

Don't want to get killed stay away from armed enemies and don't be sneaking around with large lenses pointing them at our aircraft.

Oh God, not this video again...

This has been gone over many, many, many times, and is only going to be turned into an ugly argument, seen it on various forums, but the one that sticks in my mind is this one - Apparently some of our soldiers think Iraq is an arcade game - SeatStaysUp.com - Beer, Babes, Cars, Guns, Sports, Games!

Cliffs: hardcore lib on another site I am on posts video, proceeds to get utterly owned in every way shape or form imaginable, and iirc, has not posted on the site since

Well it's about time we stop prosecuting our troops for doing their job!

Yeah, the new part of the story is the formal charges being pressed. Otherwise, we've seen the original video posted here before...
