Leaf Capture Remote

over on Petapixel, they had the new Leaf capture remote iphone/ipad app.

Looks great and all -- but it turns out that the app is not actually interfacing with the camera at all, but instead browsing on the server.

this means that you still have to be tethered. I keep hoping that someone comes up with a way to attach and control the camera without being tethered, or maybe directly tethering to the iphone or ipad.

not that I have a leaf digital back or anything...

I thought everybody did?!? I have two or three just sitting around. I use them to prop the door open when I'm getting the mail.
