Part Time Work from Home? - 07-19-2010, 08:53 PM

Are there any non scam work from home things (like data entry or something)? I'm looking to add a little to my income that I could do for a few hours in the evenings. Not looking for any get rich quick schemes, just a couple extra hundred or so a month would be great.

Anyone know of anything?

Sure, want to hire me? I'm terrible at promoting myself :(

I'm also considering just doing some joe job (waitressing or something), but I can do something from home that would be cool.

Well you can start here hehehe.

How bout asking the mods for advice if you can put an ad. Or you can offer to teach basic photography to your friends.

Photography is for fun not work. I already do graphic design for a living (with a little photography thrown in) and I have a hard time making time to do it for myself. I really just want a straight forward job (unlike my day job) that someone needs X put into Y and I know exactly what I need to do. Freelancing isn't straight forward, I'd rather go back to delivering pizzas and if my car was a bit more dependable at the moment I would do that.

From what I can tell, pretty much all work from home things are scams, which isn't really surprising, but I was hoping there might be something out there for someone who wants to make a few extra bucks a week.

Oh well.

Melissa, i have something you can do, its not work for home in the sense you mean, but it can be done in the evening when not on your regular job and weekends. If interested drop me an email. I think you have it :)
It beats the hell out of delivering pizza's and pays a LOT better.
