Yippie!!! --- Upgraded equipment - 07-27-2010, 09:19 PM

So I finally received all my new equipment to play with. I got the Canon 5D Mark II with the EF 24-105 L IS lens. I also got the tamrac Expedition 5x backpack to haul it around. Now I'm a pro!!! j/k I know the limiting factor is going to be me but I hope to catch up to it. Next on the wish list is the 70-200mm f/2.8L with or without the IS. I'm hoping to take some photos with the new camera tomorrow and Thurs. I'm so excited. I feel like a kid at Christmas. I know I'm a dork!!! Sorry about the bad pic but it was from my phone.

Thanks everyone! Yea I'm actually reading the manual all the way through just so I'll hopefully be able to quickly access what I'm looking for! I think I'm up for the challenge of learning to master it though

Wow Thats an awesome combo. A full frame is a few years away for me but I know that lens is A LOT closer. I could have used one this weekend and it makes me want to but a hold on the 70-200 f/4...

Have fun and share some pics.
