Question about syncing iPhone calendars with MS Outlook. - 07-28-2010, 06:11 PM

I can create an event inside the iPhone 4 Calendar but it will not sync to my MS Outlook 2007 calendar. Am I doing something wrong?

In Itunes make sure it's configured to sync with outlook. By default it's not. That's the first place I would check.

When you load iTunes and see your phone, the Info tab your settings. Ensure the Sync Calendar is on and the correct calendar is set.

Is the problem only from the phone to OL? If so, this isn't there error. In prior programs I've used I recall settings that allowed one way transfers, or two way. I don't recall that in iTunes.

It is checked.

I don't have any problems with syncing events created in MS Outlook to the iPhone.

Yes Andy, the problem is only from iPhone to Outlook.

In iTunes, when you scroll down, ensure the Advanced section doesn't have Replace information on the iPhone, checked. That would have OL override the iPhone. By default that is unchecked already.
