rant--overnight prints

good thing I like their product....I ordered from OVERNIGHT PRINTS on August 3 some reprints of business cards. Expected delivery date from OVERNIGHT prints...August 19...my husband says..yes it is overnight prints...they just didn't tell you how many overnights it would be! So if you name yourself Quality Photographs...they better be absolutely awesome...not just ok!! Thank you...i feel better.

I'm curious what delivery option did you choose? Usually if you pay the 2-3 biz days they get there 2-3 biz days. And their CS are easy to deal with.

heck no I'm not paying for extra shipping!!! I'm a photographeryou know how little money goes in my bank account??

If I get that hard up, I'm going to another company that doesn't take 3 weeks to deliver a good product!!

You usually can check the status of your order via their website.

Most of the time (at least in my experience) its the actual printing that takes the longest not the shipping per se. Maybe a fluke? You could file a complaint.
