That is a heat wave! The high here in D/FW tomorrow is only supposed to be 40 degrees!!

That's not nice. Last month when I was in Seattle it actually did get to 85 for a few days which is hot when you are somewhere that doesn't have a/c. It was 49 when I left for the airport and it felt like 140 when I arrived at DFW.

I moved to Olympia back in June and we got a weather advisory on my iphone yesterday saying to stay inside because the temp is to get up to 90F this weekend. I laughed. I am loving this heat. When I first arrived here it was 56F....in June.

DFW had a record high low last week of 83 one day, old record was set in 51 for that day, the all time record high low is 85.

I'm looking forward to heading for the mountains in a couple weeks.
