Netflix for iPhone and iPad - 08-26-2010, 03:12 PM

For those who don't know yet, if you have a Netflix account, you can stream their on-demand titles on your iDevice. I was watching Full Metal Jacket this morning. It stuttered a bit at first, but cleaned up after it hit 45 seconds. A little less unhappy now.

Wireless or 3G?

On my iPad over wireless it plays flawlessly. Been using the Netflix app for about a month and zero problems so far. LOVE IT!

I was watching it on 3G this morning. Like I said, flawless after the first 45 seconds. Buffering, maybe?

Because many places (i.e. work, court, church, etc) don't like me bringing in a 50" TV and 60 miles of cable.

At places like that, you should be engaged in productive activities.

Cause my 3 year old has to get up with me to take my 13 year old to Cross Country practice at 5:30am 4 days a week....and when we get home, we crawl into my bed, and I put a movie on my iphone and she watches it while I get a bit longer sleeping in....

I don't see a cue control in that app. But tested the streaming on my wifi and it was great.
