Seriously?!? His sister had ALL these item, still in the box... but, now she's moving out of the country so he needs to sell it all for her? And, by chance, she just happened to have a photo taken of her while the moving guys were boxing up the rug that she wants to take with her to Europe? An image that looks like a dead ringer for a standard stock image? I bet you could search the dollar stock sites and come up with that picture of his "sister" pretty quick.
