There is a phone number on that ad for a reason -- every time you see a photographer anywhere, then call the number, as photography is obviously a suspicious activity.

Maybe if the line gets flooded with calls about photography, they will reevaluate their stance.

I would guess they will be obligated under policy to investigate all leads.
