OMG!!! FOUR YEARS...I will never last!!! the first month I did good...the second month I'm about 75 % with the meds..I figure pretty soon I will be 50 %. I stink at taking meds. I know all the tricks for taking them...all four kids take them and I yell at them all the time!!! Do as I say, not as I do!!! : )

But I've got to do something to make these better. I don't eat much fried foods, maybe fries once a week, I'm not overweight, can't tolerate alchohol right now (which might be the real issue!!!!), don't eat large meals, the only "bad" thing I do is drink a diet coke every day....Please please please...give me some majic potion!!! : )
how are you actually taking this? what time of day etc.

Darling, I bet 75% of it is STRESS. That makes mine go off the chart and NO drugs help. Yoga or what ever can help you relax. When stressed and I drink milk it is worse.

I've had some pretty intense pain swallowing too...I just found out that I have a hiatal hernia which lets the acids in my stomach into my esophagus...it's called gerd. I take omeprazole dr every day and it keeps it in check....I still have to have the dang hernia taken care of at some point in time though!
