Just a reminder that Pittsburgh is without their starting QB, without their backup QB, their 3rd string got hurt and they still won... 2-0 so far this season. Howz bout dem cowboyz?? lol

Agreed, but the coach has everything to do with the system in place, cultivating the personality of the team; things like discipline, concentration, consistency and execution are an extension of the coach. I watched 2 games this weekend (one Saturday, one Sunday); each team had talented and experienced players, that looked like they had lost their way.
