I got it authenticated via billing a couple of days ago. It took over 3 weeks, and NONE of the forms that I submitted worked. NOT ONE. Due to that nightmare, it screwed up my marketing plan, and set me back quite a bit.

Short version - There is something wrong with their authentication forms.

And David, you wont have to deal with it until you are b/t 5K-10K fans, unless they lower it again. And even then, its a crap shoot whether or not you can get the page turned back on. The only sure-fire way to make sure it doesnt happen to you is to make sure you get hold of a real person, which is reeeeeaaaaaallllllllllly hard.

How did you mange to in the end?? You said via billing?? Can you send me a link to contact them or can you you give me an email address as i have the same prob:)lem on my page :(((((((((((
