Rear-ended at a stop by a 2010 Silvarado doing 45.

Pretty sure my beautiful Altima is toast. Possibly my back, too.

Now, I gotta wait on the other guys insurance to pony up the dough.

Hope your back is OK! Its an old cliche that cars are replaceable and people are not is true. However it doesn't decrease the stress and attachment we have to the machines that get us from a to b on a day to day basis.

Hope you recover quickly and insurance isn't too big of a hassle (your car looks toast). I hope I never have to deal with anything more than a fender bender or door ding.

ouch. really hope you're back is ok.

i avoided a crash by innnches saturday night. i thank the handling and brakes on my cobra. i was doing 60 mph and someone pulled out in front of me and just stopped. I ended up nailing the breaks and yanking the wheel to the left real quick right before impact and ended up in the turn lane of oncoming traffic (oncoming traffic was stopped at a red light thank goodness).

It is such a pain to deal with the insurance, that pales in comparison to not being seriously injured. Hope your back is okay, but don't wait to get in to see someone and have them look at it.
