HELP! Facebook Active Users

OK, I'm not getting this part. I read an article today that said a certain fan page had 1,600 fans and 12,000 active users. They were clear that the active users did not LIKE the page.

How do you get the active users #? NOT fans???

Im missing something. HELP!

You can view pages and look at them without "liking" them. Facebook tracks everything...

Right - but how do you, as the page admin, get those numbers?

I get a report every week showing me the number of fans, # of comments and # of active users and how that differs from last weeks info. I you aren't getting that email you might want to check your spam folder.

Holly... look down the left column of your fan page for the Insights box. If you click the "see all", you will get a graph and statistics showing the number of "likes", the number of Monthly active users and the number of feedbacks. It should be just under the Information box.
