EBAY Question

I bought an Item October 13,2010 and paid the day of through paypal. The estimated deliever date was 27/28th of October and I have not gotten the item.. well I tried contacting the seller several times to no avail and now when i logged on i checked the item it now says the estimated deliever is Nov 1-5th. I have a bad feeling seeing as how I have not heard back from the seller and the deliever date has been pushed back another week. The item is shipping from arizona shouldnt take that long you would think right? Let me know if this has happen to you and what you had to do..I tried to open a cliam but they told me to wait until after the estimated shipping has passed. Just really frustrated!

Every now and then you will get a slow shipper. i would keep emailing the seller every day until they respond or the item arrives. It happens. Ive bought hundreds of things on ebay, but really only ever had 2 bad experiences

Ya i hope thats the case never had a bad experience where the seller didnt send traking/shipping information and not respond to my 4 emails that I sent.

Have you looked at the sellers feedback? Does he have at least several hundred transactions? When I purchase something I want a minimum of a few hundred transactions with at least 98.5% positive feedback. You can read the comments and see if people comment on the shipping being slow. If so, then I wouldn't worry yet. But feel free to be frustrated!

The person may be a re-seller who does not actually have physical possession of the item...you pay them, they order and pay for the item from someone else. It could be on backorder from wherever it is coming from. When it arrives, check the "ship from" location to see if it's the same as the seller's location.
