I've seen several threads lately about fellow TPFers that are out of work and looking, or who know of jobs out there. Sometimes a reference or inside track to a job can really help.

So let's use this thread to help each other out.

And it does not need to be photography related, because many of us earn our living (or most of our income) in ways other than photography.

If you are looking for a job:

Post that you are looking for a job, where, what your main work experience or thrust is, and how to contact you.
If you want to, you can provide a link to a resume or profile (like on Monster)

Example: (just an example here, not a real listing)
Looking: SW Houston area (Bellaire/Sugarland/Richmond/etc)
Experience: IT Support (5 years), Certified by Cisco
Email: I_Need_An_IT_Job_Now@gmail.com
Resume sent on request

If you have a job / or know of a job:

Post where it is, job title, a brief of it if you want, a link to where an online description is (if any), and how to contact you

Hiring: Dallas area
Title: Executive Assistant
Brief: My employer (in the manufacturing field) is looking for someone to be the executive assistant to one of our VPs. NO online ad has been placed yet.

Probably a good idea NOT to post salaries, etc on here, save that for PMs or emails.

What a great idea. I know that on another forum I'm on there are always people either looking for a job, or looking to hire. It tends to be more IT related for some reason. I suppose a bunch of reef fish geeks tend to work in that field.
