Thank you for all the interest. With the holiday season coming and being very busy with my other profession, I will probably kick this off in January. Thank you for your patience as I get my act together to pull this off.

Stay tuned.

Sign me up.

I'm curious why the phone line is a requirement. There are oodles of providers that do video broadcast with chat on the side (and most are free). Is it that important to hear the voices of your students when they could communicate via keyboard?

Trint, good points. Call me old fashioned, but I really like voice over chat - I think it's ok to have both - people can ask questions over voice, and also type them on chat. Free solutions tend to limit the number of participants in virtual sessions. I dont want the cheapest solution, but I want something that works well, it's supported by somebody, and gives us the ability to use virtual desktop sharing, video conferencing, phone voice, VoIP voice and chat. I haven't paid for Webex yet, and I am open to solutions that you think may work well. Don't want to give up voice or the ability to have 20+ people on the calls. Another good requirement would be to be able to record the webcasts, both voice and video, and be able to archive them.

I am interested for sure, I will also look at some other alternatives and see if I can find anything. I think there should be some other products that may be less expensive than Webex.
