The attack isn't specific to GoDaddy. Other domain hosts have been attacked, and GoDaddy says that fewer than 0.5% of their customers sites have been affected.

I use GoDaddy for my company, and I've never had a problem with them.

If you read the article you'll find the vulnerable software is PHP based and could be on any ISP's systems. It's typically systems like Joomla that haven't been kept up to date with patches for these exploits.

Keep up on your patches or beware. No matter where you're hosted.
