Got the Email below yesterday if your in the area it may be worth a few clicks.

LyondellBasell's Bayport Polymers facility at 12001 Bay Area Blvd. will
demolish a building in a non-operating area between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m.
Saturday, Nov. 13. The demolition does not involve any process areas and
will not disrupt operations. The building will be demolished by weakening
the support beams and causing the building to collapse inwardly. A loud
noise like thunder might be audible 1.5 to 2 miles away. The falling
building might be visible in the immediate area of the plant and might have
minimal vibration. If inclement weather occurs, the demolition will be
postponed to later in the day or weekend and messages will be posted on the
CAER Line.

Bay Area Boulevard might be closed for a brief period of time as a
precaution to avoid distracting drivers passing by.

Every effort has been made to minimize disruption to the community. The
demolition work is being done in a safe and controlled manner by demolition
experts and there is no danger to the local community, surrounding
facilities or site workers. Communications will be sent using the CAER Line,
E-Merge/E-Notify, the CECC Fax list and email to community, government, news
media and industry. Industrial neighbors will receive an E-Merge/E-Notify
message two days in advance and the morning of the event. A message will be
placed on the CAER Line two days in advance of the demolition.
