So how many AT&T iPhone users are going to jump ship? The Verizon one is even sporting a new antenna design.

I'm staying with AT&T.

I'm hoping this will free up some bandwidth and better pricing in the future.

Also, due to Verizon's CDMA network, Verizon iPhone users will not be able to talk and use data at the same time like AT&T users can currently.
Believe it or not, this is a very useful and important.

As much as I enjoy using the mac's at home, the droid OS has grown on me, widgets on my droid has become a stable of quick access to my data(contacts, calendar, news, etc), the 'buttons' interface of the iOS clean but would need interaction to access that data. Yeah, it'll take a extra press which is like a second, but it's an extra step in getting to that data.

I'll be holding out for the Droid Bionic which will have LTE and a dual core processor at 1ghz.

Right now I am extremely happy with my Droid Inc. However If I was to switch to the iPhone I would wait until June when Apple traditionally updates the line. I am pretty sure the next release will be 4g or LTE ready.

I find being able to use my Verizon phone ANYWHERE I travel and have it NOT drop calls is the most important feature. AT & T network just plain sucks in my opinion, as does their customer service. (Been there and done that...won't be back.)

I prefer the Android based phones anyway. Our in house people can develop what we need for the phones without having Apples permission. And the content is available for them is just as rich as the iPhone, so why switch?

It is of little importance that Verizon is now carrying the iPhone, at least to me. I think most clients that choose Verizon have a similar outlook, or they would have simply swapped over to AT & T to get the iPhone. I know as a business person, for our business we will NOT be switching over to iPhones, as you cannot get insurance coverage for them as we do the Android phones we have now.

Going out on a limb here, but I'm going to predict that Verizon will sell a lot of iPhones.

Ditto to the max!!!

I've had AT&T since 1999. I don't have a lot of dropped calls... never have problems with them unless I don't pay my bill.

My only problems with AT&T is when I go overseas.
Sometime I get great service and other times lousy.
I've started calling AT&T to let them know what countries I'll be visiting
and it seems to work better when they know where I'm at.
I guess they're tired of me complaining when the service is bad in areas
that they have service alliances.

Did anyone notice that the news said that the Verizon iPhones will only work on the 3g network... so they wont have the iPhone 4 just yet. AND..... if the iPhone 5 does come out this summer... Verizon wont get it until the following year?

So basically Verizon is getting the 'left overs' if you will....
