Red Bull Illume

Anyone been to the Redbull Illume exibit in Houston? The photography I've seen online looks amazing.

I happened to be there one night during my vacation when I was out to dinner with my family at Discovery Green. Went and checked it out, it was pretty cool, with quite a few great photos.

It was pretty cool to see. I don't know if I would drive from Sweeny to see it.

The exhibit is cool and the photos are absolutely amazing.

I think its worth a trip to Houston if you can tie it in with something else (visit friends/relatives, BBSP, something!). I went for a third time on Wednesday when Carl's JR was giving away free burgers

OH,... Since Monday is the last day youll have to decide quick... they do Farmers Market on Sundays 1-4pm but then again the weather isnt looking too good. Check the calendarDiscovery Green

If you do go, dont forget to stop by the Red Bull tent and pick up a pair of 3D glasses and a free copy of the small softcover book. It has info on the 50 images on display, backstory and technical info. That one is free. There is also the hardcover book (limited to 5000 copies) selling for $40. It has 250 images and it really nice. Very good coffee table book.

I went last night and there were some great pictures. I enjoyed the exhibit, the music, and of course the beautiful red bull girls that were there.
