Receipt Surveys

So, I got to wondering one day... do you fill out the surveys on the receipts?

I spend some time once every couple of days filling out surveys off the receipts of the establishments I frequent. I'm talking Pizza Hut, GameStop, Home Depot, Wal Mart, Wal Greens, etc. I know a few people who do the same, but no one that has ever won anything from the "grand prize drawings" that supposedly go on once a week or a day or whatever it is.

Do you know anyone that has won something from these surveys?

Do you fill them out?

Have you won anything from them?

I "WON" my name and number entered into the Marketing database.

I do the ones that give money back and free sandwiches.

I do the ones that are "come back coupons" but not those that enter me with a million other people for a drawing next year (kind of things).
